To receive a proposal as quickly as possible and ensure it closely matches your needs, please provide as much information as you can about your planned event:
- Event date
- Start time and expected duration
- Event location
- Number of guests
- Type of event (seated dinner, reception, outdoor event, tray-served hot appetisers, conference, coffee breaks, budget-friendly catering for a large group, luxury tasting dinner, historical Royal Dinner, etc.)
- Preferred theme for the event or menu (Italian cuisine, Lithuanian dishes, Asian cuisine, a plant-based event, etc.). Perhaps your event has a particular colour scheme and you would like the food to match? Or maybe you are interested in interactive cooking in front of your guests?
- Whether you require waiting staff or only food delivery
- Beverage requirements (wine, cocktails, beer, non-alcoholic alternatives, coffee, etc.)
- Special requirements (perhaps you are already aware of guests’ allergies, or you would like to prepare takeaway food boxes or traditional bread gifts for guests at the end of the evening)
- Information about your guests – it is always helpful to know whether most attendees will be men, women or children; whether they will arrive after a long excursion; whether they are international guests requiring English-speaking waiting staff; or whether they are senior guests, business executives, etc.
- Your estimated budget, if you have one
This information will help our sales team select dishes and drinks that complement the concept of your event or celebration.
For example, if you are organising an exclusive private dinner for business executives or international guests whom you would like to impress and indulge, you may wish to begin the evening with a glass of Champagne and finish with a glass of cognac. A premium beef tenderloin steak paired with red wine could make an excellent main course, followed by a carefully prepared dessert.
If, on the other hand, you are organising a children’s conference with lunch, we will leave alcoholic drinks out of the proposal and may suggest juices, more economical buffet-style catering served from chafing dishes, and a sweet treat or fruit for guests to take away.
Although this is not a common practice, we can arrange a tasting upon request to help you select the dishes for your event or celebration.
